How does it avoid making up prices or stock?
Every answer about a product, price, or availability is read live from WooCommerce through real tools, then shown to the shopper as a card built from that trusted data. If the store has no answer, Dukandar says so plainly instead of guessing.
Which AI providers does it work with?
13+ providers, including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini and Moonshot. The store owner brings their own API key and pays the provider directly, so there is no markup or middleman.
Is Dukandar free?
Yes. It is GPL-2.0 licensed and free to download from the WordPress.org plugin directory and GitHub. You only pay your chosen AI provider for the usage you incur.
Can the assistant actually add items to the cart?
Yes. It can search products, show grounded product cards, and add items to the shopper's cart through WooCommerce's native cart APIs. A human always completes checkout; the AI never takes payment.

Yes. Dukandar adds a chat widget to any WooCommerce store regardless of theme. It requires WooCommerce and PHP 8.0 or later.
